  1. Can other people find my private disk ?

    No.You private disk will disappear when you exit Kakra Private Disk.

  2. What if I forgot my password?

    You can use Restore Center to restore the Private Disk.

  3. If I format the hard disk, will the data in private disk be lost?

    Before formatting hard disk, it is strongly recommended that you transfer Encryption Disk data in that disk to other disks to avoid data destruction.For example, if you want to format Disk C, you need to transfer all encryption disk data that located in Disk C to other disks.

  4. Does the usage of this software damage my hard disk?

    No, it doesn't. Because this software will save the sensitive data to encryption area after encrypted. In simple words, a part of hard disk partition is used to save encrypted file data, which is normal disk read-write.

  5. Can Encryption Diskbe used after the software is closed down?

    No. For the sake of safety, once the software is closed, all Encryption Disks will be shut down automatically. If you want to open Encryption Disk, please run KaKa Private Disk first.

  6. Dose the Encryption Disk disappear after reinstalling computer system or uninstalling software?

    No, it doesn't. It is free from any influence.

  7. When adding files to Encryption Disk, will the space of "Space Disks" be decreased accordingly?

    Sure, it will. The data in Encryption Disk consumes the space of "Space Disks".

  8. Can we create more than one Encryption Disk in the same disk partition?

    Certainly. All Encryption Disks are independent from each other and free from any influence.

  9. Is the registration code still valid after reinstalling computer system?

    Yes. It is free from any influence.

  10. How long will it take to receive registration code?

    After confirming your payment, we will send you an email with registration information within several minutes.

  11. I ordered the software online, but I haven't received an e-mail with the registration code.

    Normally, after your order being authorized, you can receive your registration code within several minutes (normally faster). The incorrect anti-SPAM filters at e-mail servers is the main reason that you don't receive e-mails from us. Please inspect the SPAM folder at your e-mail box. You can additionally e-mail us at kakrasoft@godsw.com to request resending the registration code.

  12. My registration code doesn't work.

    A:All registration codes we send do work. Please make sure that you enter every letter as you see it in the email with the registration code. And keep in mind that the registration code is case-sensitive and make sure that there are no spaces at the begin or end of the registration.We suggest you select the registration code text in the e-mail window, copy to the clipboard (Ctrl+C) and then paste to the program registration code box.

  13. I've lost my registration code.
